In this intimate podcast, we explore how attention can be a tool for living a more intentional life. This season, Atheist chaplain Vanessa Zoltan guides guests through questions of quitting with empathy and humor. Vanessa has always been a big advocate of quitting – she believes quitting doesn't mean 'giving up,' it means you've tried something and realized that it doesn't work.

Season one & Two

Vanessa and Casper learned in divinity school about the art of paying attention. In Season 1, they turn that attention to a variety of everyday scenarios in their own lives to see what’s really at stake. In Season 2, Vanessa and Casper bring guests on the show and guide them through the big and small questions in their lives.

In Season 3 of The Real Question, Vanessa helps guests look specifically at questions of quitting. Vanessa has always been a big advocate of quitting – she believes quitting doesn't mean 'giving up,' it means you've tried something and realized that it doesn't work. Every episode, Vanessa asks her guests: What things in your life are worth sticking with? And which things should you be liberating yourself from to live better?
